Cutting Teeth Design
Premium Line
The Gomina Premium Line of saw blades is characterised by a combination of cross-grinded
cutting teeth and straight-grinded raker teeth. This results in optimal cutting efficiency and high
precision. The teeth are aligned on a straight line and are asymmetrical, which leads to a high
degree of self-centring of the saw blade. The use in combination with a cutting block is often the
preferred choice of surgeons.
Performance Line
The Gomina Performance Line of saw blades is characterised by asymmetrical straight-grinded
cutting teeth. Slightly less aggressive than the Premium Line, these saw blades are mostly used
without cutting blocks due the ease for free-hand sawing.
